AES-256-GCM Field-Level Encryption
Every sensitive health data field is individually encrypted using AES-256-GCM before it reaches the database. Each encryption uses a unique random 12-byte initialisation vector with authenticated encryption, ensuring both confidentiality and tamper detection. AES-256 is classified as quantum-resistant by NIST.
Post-Quantum Transit Security
All network communications are protected by TLS 1.3 with hybrid post-quantum key exchange (X25519Kyber768) via VentraIP, defending against harvest-now-decrypt-later attacks. Voice sessions use ephemeral tokens with 2-minute expiry and single-use enforcement.
Australian Data Storage
All health data at rest is stored within Australian infrastructure (AWS ap-southeast-2, Sydney). When health data is sent to AI providers for processing, it is first de-identified and stripped of personal information. No data is retained by model providers. Full compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles.
Zero Data Training
Your health data is never used to train AI models. Personal information is separated from health values before any AI processing occurs, and no data is retained by model providers. This is enforced both architecturally and contractually.
