8. Platform Services & Features

KuraPath provides the following services, each subject to these Terms:

  • Health Educator: AI-powered translation of uploaded pathology and laboratory reports into easy-to-understand health education; for educational purposes only;
  • Health Journey Tracking: Guided action paths and milestone tracking to support your health education;
  • Biosphere Environmental Intelligence & On-Device Spatial Engine: Real-time environmental health data including air quality, UV index, pollen index, and disease surveillance for your location. Biosphere includes a sovereign on-device spatial intelligence engine powered by WebAssembly (DuckDB-WASM) that calculates local spatial facility buffers, environmental distances, and hazard proximity entirely within your browser offline with zero data transfer to our servers. These spatial calculations are educational estimations and do not constitute emergency navigation or official hazard boundary determinations;
  • Space Mode: An interactive 3D cosmos transforming health education and planetary health domains into orbiting visual spheres with procedural ambient audio for calming, stress-reducing wellness exploration;
  • LiveLong Longevity Tracking: Lifestyle and biomarker health literacy tools for personal health monitoring;
  • Kura Guide: Proactive AI health companion with contextual health education, personalised tips, and connected text and voice conversations across the Platform. Kura Guide includes:
    • Ambient Scanning: Proactive monitoring of your environmental and health context (air quality, UV, pollen, wellbeing check-ins, recent health results) to surface relevant insights and alerts. Environmental data is sourced from your Biosphere profile and wellbeing check-in history.
    • Neural Symbiosis (Adaptive Memory): Kura builds a persistent, evolving understanding of your health journey, including milestones, recurring interests, preferences, and key health observations. This memory is stored securely in your account and used to personalise future conversations. You may clear your Kura memory at any time by clearing your conversation history.
  • Research & Library: AI-assisted health research and curated educational resources;
  • KuraBridge: Real-time bidirectional medical translation for GP consultations and geofenced clinical nurse hotlines (such as the Australian government-funded 1800MEDICARE hotline) in 77 languages, with comprehension checkpoints, cultural sensitivity awareness, and downloadable session transcripts. KuraBridge provides AI-assisted communication aids between patients and healthcare providers/nurse triage agents to bridge language barriers. You acknowledge that KuraBridge is a general communication aid and is not a substitute for a NAATI-certified interpreter. For critical medical decisions or where clinical accuracy is critical, professional interpreting services must be utilised. KuraBridge does not replace emergency call services (000 in Australia). No voice audio is recorded or stored on our servers; only text transcripts are generated.

KuraPath reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any downtime or service disruptions.
