This End User Licence Agreement governs your use of the KuraPath platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

This EULA is accepted via an explicit checkbox during account creation ("I have read and agree to the End User Licence Agreement and Privacy Policy"). Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree, please do not use KuraPath.

KuraPath is a health education and information platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
All AI-generated outputs, health educational summaries, research summaries, and educational content are for general information and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner.

1. Licence Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, KuraPath Pty Ltd (ABN 66 701 686 937, Suite 17, 89-97 Jones Street, Ultimo, NSW 2007, Australia) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the KuraPath Platform for your own personal, non-commercial health education purposes.
This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform or any of its content;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform or its AI models;
- Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or otherwise exploit the Platform for any commercial purpose;
- Use the Platform on behalf of any third party without KuraPath's prior written consent;
- Use automated tools, scrapers, or bots to access or extract data from the Platform.
2. Account and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform;
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account;
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to keep it updated;
- You must notify KuraPath immediately at support@kurapath.com if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent health information;
- Use the Platform to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment to others;
- Upload data belonging to another person without their explicit, informed consent;
- Use the Platform to dial clinical hotlines or translate live consultations without informing the other party and obtaining consent where legally required;
- Attempt to circumvent any security feature of the Platform;
- Use the Platform to harass, harm, or impersonate any person;
- Upload content that infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Australian or international law.
4. Health Data and Privacy
By uploading health information to the Platform, you consent to KuraPath processing that information to generate educational AI outputs, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For KuraBridge live call translation sessions (including 1800MEDICARE hotline calls), you are solely responsible for initiating the call, activating speakerphone, and obtaining the verbal consent of the recipient (e.g. the clinical nurse) to use AI-assisted real-time translation. Audio streams are processed transiently in memory, and KuraPath does not record or store conversation audio on its servers.
- KuraPath handles your personal and health information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles;
- Your health data will not be sold to third parties or used to train third-party AI models;
- You retain ownership of all health data and personal information you upload;
- You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time via your account settings or by contacting support@kurapath.com;
- All personal and health data is encrypted both at rest and in transit using enterprise-grade, post-quantum-ready cryptographic standards;
- During a conversation, the Platform's AI may securely reference your previously uploaded health data, user profile, and relevant medical research literature to provide tailored educational outputs, subject to strict zero-knowledge privacy boundaries and access controls.
5. Intellectual Property & Restrictions
The Platform, including its user interface, source code, AI system orchestration, proprietary knowledge corpus, content, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of KuraPath Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all health data and personal information you upload. By uploading content, you grant KuraPath a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely to provide the Platform services to you.
You must not use the Platform, its outputs, or underlying systems to train, build, benchmark, or replicate competing artificial intelligence models, algorithms, databases, or digital health applications.
Environmental & Open Data Sources
- Satellite-derived environmental and climate metrics incorporate open scientific data sources used under applicable open licences (including Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0). Such data represents educational estimates and is not intended as certified environmental measurements;
- On-device acoustic and environmental processing occurs locally on your device without transmitting raw audio or microphone recordings to external servers.
6. Updates and Changes
KuraPath may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
Material changes to this EULA will be communicated via email and will require re-acceptance through the Platform. Continued use after the effective date of an updated EULA constitutes acceptance.
7. Subscription and Payment
- Access to certain advanced features requires a paid subscription, governed by the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase;
- Fees are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). GST is applied where applicable;
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date via your account settings;
- Refunds are provided in accordance with KuraPath's Refund Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law obligations.
8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
- KuraPath warrants that the Platform will perform materially as described and that reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are maintained to protect security;
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, KuraPath excludes all implied warranties and does not warrant that the Platform will be completely error-free or uninterrupted;
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, KuraPath's total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or in connection with this EULA or your use of the Platform is strictly limited to: (a) the total subscription fees actually paid by you to KuraPath in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) zero (AUD $0.00) if you have used the Platform on a free tier or trial; or (c) at KuraPath's election, the resupply of the relevant services;
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, KuraPath is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss or damage (including loss of data, loss of opportunity, or health decisions made without independent clinical consultation) arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this EULA excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, warranty, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded.
To the extent permitted under section 64A of the Australian Consumer Law, KuraPath's liability for breach of any non-excludable consumer guarantee is limited, at KuraPath's option, to the resupply of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
10. Health Information Disclaimer
- The Platform provides health education and information only. It does not provide clinical diagnosis or treatment;
- All AI outputs are probabilistic and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for any health decision;
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing medications or treatment protocols;
- In an emergency call 000 immediately.
11. Termination
- This EULA remains in effect until terminated by you or KuraPath;
- You may terminate this EULA at any time by deleting your account;
- KuraPath may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this EULA;
- Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.
12. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and KuraPath submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
